How do quotes work from photos?
You send clear photos and a few details on terrain, size, and access. I give a ballpark fast. If access or slope is unclear, I'll line up a quick site check before finalizing.
What if I can't get good photos?
Do your best from multiple angles. if it's still unclear, I'll swing by to access the block before I then firm up the quote.
Do you do steep, rocky, or hard-to-reach blocks?
Yes. That's the core of what I do. I'll confirm access width and slope before booking.
Is it a one-visit job?
Sometimes, but not always. Plans are tailored. Often it's a first pass slashing for access and safety, then a timed, targeted spray once regrowth shows for lasting control. Other times it can be a spray to reduce spreading of weeds, then a slash after complete kill of weed species.
What equipment do you use and how wide is it?
John Deere 2038R with 72 inch mowing deck or 1.2 meter Howard Slasher.
Do you remove or mulch green waste?
No, however I do mow/slash in patterns that reduce strips/piles of grass.
Are you unsured and licensed?
Yes, Fully insured. And ACDC chemical distribution licensed.
How soon can you start?
Quotes go out same day on weekdays. Scheduling depends on weather and access; I'll give you the next available window with your quote.
What areas do you service?
North Brisbane & Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Although radius is expanding.
How do you decide spray timing after slashing?
Spray timing is based on the regrowth stage, seasonal conditions, and the specific weed species present. After slashing, weeds need time to produce fresh, active growth for herbicides to be most effective.
Will rocks and debris damage my property?
I walk access first, flag risks, and work to protect fencing, structures, and utilities. If something's high risk, I'll brief you before we proceed.
How do you handle weather?
If rain or wind makes it unsafe(drift) or reduces spray effectiveness, I'll reschedule to the next suitable window.
How do I pay?
Invoices are sent via email through Xero, Payment details are within.
What if my block needs something different?

Every property is different, so I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I assess the terrain, access, weed pressure and regrowth patterns to develop a plan that actually improves the land.
